Field Maintenance Services

Maintenance of Gas Turbines:

We take up Major Inspection, Hot Gas Parts Inspection and Combustion Inspection of Gas Turbines of all models of GE / BHEL, ABB, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, Westinghouse and MHI makes. We undertake the complete job on turn-key basis (or) supply of all resources as per requirements of the Client.

Maintenance of Generators:

We are expertise in complete overhaul of Generators of different models and makes like BHEL, SIEMENS including major, medium and minor inspections. The scope will be as per agreement with the Clients and can include Extraction of Generator Rotor, Re-wedging of Stator, Diagnostic tests on Generator Stator and Rotor. We undertake the complete job on turn-key basis (or) supply of all resources as per requirements of the Client.

Maintenance of Steam Turbines:

We perform Capital / Annual overhauling of the Steam Turbines of different makes and models like KW - GERMAN, LMW – RUSSIAN, ANSALDO - ITALI, GE-USA, SIEMENS – GERMANY, BHEL, SHANGHAI ELECTRIC etc., up to 660MW capacity, Valves maintenance and Auxiliaries maintenance. We can undertake the complete job on turn-key basis (or) supply the supply of all resources as per requirements of the Client.

Maintenance of Compressors:

Inspection / Overhauling of Compressors of different makes and models. We undertake the complete job on turn-key basis (or) supply of all resources as per requirements of the Client.

Control & Instrumentation:

We take up Inspection & services for field process instruments of pressure, temperature, flow, level etc.
